Vince’s background has prepared him well for this role – he has spent over a decade in executive recruiting and 12+ years working as an Agent in a captive nationwide carrier as well as a large broker. His role at Newman Group allows him to merge those aspects of his career.
One of the biggest secrets to success in the recruiting world, according to Vince, is listening to truly understand who the client is and what they actually need, then working strategically to identify what type of person can fulfill that need. It isn’t just about filling a seat or just “sending a resume.” It is about finding the right person who can make the client successful.
On a personal level, Vince enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and three daughters, coaching tennis, and taking time to disconnect for quality time hiking and driving outside the city.
