Tyler attended Rowan University in New Jersey for his undergraduate degree and California University of Pennsylvania for his master’s degree.

Prior to joining Sanford Rose Associates – Newman Group, he was coached basketball for six years at four different colleges, including the University of Mary Washington, St. Mary’s College, University of Maine, and Bridgewater College. While in that role, he spent a large portion of his time researching and recruiting potential student athletes.

Transitioning to Sanford Rose Associates – Newman Group, Tyler has taken on the role of Director for Wholesale and Carrier placements and relationships. Tyler works nationally, focusing on matching the best talent with the best opportunities. 

In his free time, Tyler loves to spend time with his wife and new baby, spending as much time outdoors as possible. His hobbies include snowboarding, fly-fishing, and camping.
